I am retired from one job, but now work out of my home for a Law Firm. I am living in NC.Where my son, Chris and his fiance, Jessica live. He has shared custody of his 5 yr old son-Donavan. I have the pleasure of helping care for Donavan. My son also has a 16 mo old son, Matthew, by his fiance-Jessica. She has 2 sons, Thomas and Isaiah. My daughter, Salena and her family now live in NC with me.Her husband is Tim, Salena's daughters Becca-16 yrs old and Conner-11 yrs old.So as you see I have quite a few grandkids. I am very active in my new church, love spending time on the beach or gardening. I have just had the great honor of reconnecting with the man who has held my heart for a very long time. Wish us well!
Life is so wonderful!Do you ever just think about how your life has gone? The good and the bad? I guess I must be getting older cause there are times when I sit and think about all I have done and felt over my lifetime, and it amazes me! I have just had the opportunity to locate someone who 36 years ago meant the world to me. And I stand amazed that in the moment our eyes met, my heart felt at home again. Amazing and very scary, all the feelings and emotions I had way back then are still alive in my heart. I guess you can take feelings and put them away in safe keeping. He says he also still loves me! All I can do now is take one breath at a time and pray we are able to make this love bloom and fulfill our lives-as he said we have come full circle. Anyone who might read this say a prayer for us and in it wish us well.
