Born and bred in England. Came to S.Africa on holiday and married here. Have two adult children who both live in England. Five grandchildren three live in England, although one has just been transferred to Australia for her firm. The other two grandchildren are at S.African universities and visit their parents at holiday time. Although married to a S.African I have not assumed S.African nationality. Anyone who wishes to know more about SA is welcome to write to me.

Hello, Jeber...Your profile was very interesting, and I would like to get to know you better. I am a retired nurse, so that's one thing we have in common. As my profile states, I love to travel, and have often dreamed about visiting S. Africa. Since retirement, I've been confining my travels to this continent..mostly between our two homes. Happy Christmas everyone.We had our annual carolservice on Friday evening, I always sing 1st verse of Once in Royal David.s as a solo. Have had PC trouble lately so haven't replied to any messages, but do think of all my new friends. We are sweltering in Summer now, and I expect many of you have a white Christmas-- lucky you!
