Definition of a qualified member: A qualified member is a person who has joined Our-Social.com on or after 12 AM December 1st, 2008. They must register with a valid e-mail address.The member must create a profile with a profile picture. The member has to be in good standing with Our-Social. If a member's account is suspended due to violations of Our-Social's privacy policy than they will be automatically disqualified.
Winners must respond within 48 hours from the time the winner notification is sent. In the event that the member does not respond, the next member will be notified, and so forth, until the winning member responds.
